Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and sell none of it.

Last reviewed: August 17, 2026

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site — a consultation request, assessment request, review request, or general contact — we collect the information you enter: typically your name, business email, company, phone number, and the details of your request. We use it solely to respond to and fulfill that request.

Information collected automatically

Form submissions include basic context that helps us understand how visitors find us: the page you arrived on, the referring site, and campaign parameters if you followed a marketing link. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability.

Analytics — only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, and only if you choose "Allow analytics" in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets the choice.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information
  • We do not add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for
  • We do not collect payment information on this website
  • We do not use advertising trackers or social-media pixels

Retention and protection

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain normal business records, then deleted. Data in transit to this site is encrypted (HTTPS in production). Access to submitted information is limited to the team members who handle inquiries.

Your choices and contact

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legitimate business record requirements. Contact us through the contact page and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
